In plain words

• Use them in personal, commercial, and client work.
• Modify, recolour, crop, and redistribute them.
• No attribution required — though it is always welcome.
• No need to ask permission, and no need to tell anyone.

The one thing you cannot do

You cannot claim the collection itself as your own product — that is, repackaging the set unmodified and selling it as an asset pack. The individual files are free; the compilation is not a business opportunity.

No warranty

The files are provided as they are, without warranty of any kind. If an asset does not render the way you expect in a particular renderer, that is a limitation to work around rather than a defect to report.
